Currently a realtor looking to sart investing.

Currently work as a realtor (been doing that for about 10 yrs) but would love to start investing. Have read a lot about this and attended seminars but am still tentative for some reason. Am so happy to have found this site. It's amazing, almost a case of when the student is ready the teacher will appear!!

To start with wholesaling and then move on to rehabbing homes in Maryland.
