Real Estate Goals

Along with my husband, Dean, I am a brand-spankin'-new real estate investor. We're interested in buy/hold/rent in areas with convenient car and/or bus commutes to Buckley AFB, the new Fitzsimons campus, DIA, and/or the redeveloped Lowry AFB. Primarily focusing on SFH and small multifamily (2-4 units). Also interested in serving as a hard money lender. Our business plan is to have $1.2 million under control by the end of 2009.
