Finally started Real Estate Investing 2 years ago. had been on sidelines for close to 20 years. definitely is not a get rich quick scheme. as was told a long time ago by an investor, don't expect to make any money for at least two years. Boy was he right. All I can say is that I wish I could have started sooner but then again it's never too late. enjoy doing all the work myself even though I sacrifice every weekend in order to build this empire I am on a quest to build. My goal is to finally quit my day job in 10 years. long ways to go but I feel it will be worth the effort.
