My name is Cory and I have really just started my investing career (Feb.). I focus more on the creative real estate investing now (Sub-to, Land Contract, Lease Option) and plan on branching out when I am financially comfortable. I am really starting to concentrate on my marketing to get enough leads to close 2-4 deals a month. I have been discouraged but I'm' not giving up because this has been my dream since I was 18 and found out about real estate investing. That's a little about my career. Started Feb. 09. I closed my first deal just last month.

Real Estate Goals

My goal now is to generate enough quality leads to close 2-4 deals a month. In order to reach that goal I am focusing heavily on my marketing and testing new ideas.

Currently Seeking

I want to work with everyone as long as there are no short ends of the stick. I like to buy property subject to, land contract, multi-mortgage, and lease option. I am looking to network with as many people as I can. :)
