I am an Investor friendly Real Estate agent with MarketPlace REALTY. I am also a newbie Investor. I'm taking great strides to learn about every creative real estate opportunity that I hear about.
My current plan of action is to 1) start building capital via wholesaling so I may start acquiring rental properties and 2) having a few rehabbing projects in the pipeline.
My midterm goal is to revitalize downtown Winchster, VA by tearing down some of the eyesores and developing mixed use buildings (retail and mid to high end condos.) We have a very high demand for a certain level of rentals but not enough supply.
My long term goal is to move into international real estate to coincide with my love of traveling.
Ive been around real estate for most of my life as my father used to be an agent back in the 80s, later went onto building houses and now owns a contracting company.
Looking to network and surround myself with like minded individuals who understand that helping one person results in helping millions.
I read anything I can get my hands on and have a very avid willingness to learn. So I apologize in advance if I ask a lot of questions :)
