I have been interested in realHealth Fused & Energy Fused was started in 2008 by young dedicated and detailed Nicholas Kohlhepp. Nicholas typically will go by Nick and started his detail oriented career at a very young age, often creating and selling handmade crafts with his mother early in his middle school years. Nick was born and raised in Colorado and does not have any interest in leaving the beautiful Rocky Mountains. His passions include camping, driving, sailing and skiing. Nick is currently an active board member of local Community Sailing of Colorado, a nonprofit organization that teaches kids how to sail in local reservoirs across Colorado.

Although Nick loves to have fun and enjoy the great outdoors, he is not all fun and games. Nick’s first company was started in 2006, Nakis Enterprises. Nakis Enterprises was started after working with his father in Real Estate (started working in Real Estate in 2002 with his father) and became a consulting company that provided research analysis and contract services. Nick’s eye for detail helped build Nakis Enterprises into a top competitor in the Real Estate industry. In 2009 Nick expanded Nakis Enterprises which now also offers field services. Nakis Enterprises is continually growing and expanding their range of services.

Nick is currently single and could possibly be Colorado’s most eligible bachelor. Watch out though lady’s Nick does have a very close woman his life. More than a friend Tasha has been a major role in Nick’s life since 2005. Tasha is a 6-year-old pure breed Siberian Husky, they can often be found together on morning walks and hanging out at the dog park. However these two will not be found taking those long walks on the beach. Nick is dedicated in all aspects of his life and is growing both his companies with passion and one goal in mind, to help you. estate since I was a little boy and even started to go to school to design buildings. I was introduced to Real Estate by my father in 2002 and got involved with him. I started studying all I could about real estate, and became really good at researching properties. Thus I started analyzing properties for Crosstown Property Investments, LLC in 2006 and I have plans to make these services available to everyone this year(2008).
