Currently I have (3) business all centered around Real Estate. I've been investing in real estate along with my husband for a few years now; buying, rehabbing and then renting. We handle all of our own property management on our rentals through our company Progressions Investments, LLC. We've done well, but are looking to do bigger and better.

I am also a PA Licensed Realtor with Keller Williams Real Estate. I welcome the opportunity to assist anyone with Buying or Selling Real Estate in the Philadelphia, Delaware and/or Chester counties.

My husband and I also own and operate a full service construction company, E. Thomas Contracting, LLC, we specialize in all phases of home remodeling and new construction, we've been in business for 12 years. E. Thomas Contracting, LLC is a premier construction company that offers quality at it's best! 50% of our business comes from Real Estate Investors looking to rehab their investments.

We purchased our first investment property in 2004 ( a single family 3 bdrm, 1bath). To date, we have a total of 18 units, a mix of single family and multi units, a Beauty Salon storefront and 4 storage garages. E. Thomas Contracting LLC services all of real estate rehab needs.

Our goal for our next purchase is a multi-unit with a minimum of 20 units. Land development is also huge goal for me as well. I want to build beautiful homes. We just built our dream home (E. Thomas Contracting, LLC) and it was the most profound experience ever. We are ready to step up the pace and purchase bigger, to get better profits. My husband and I have 3 children, so profit, IS EVERYTHING!

- In the next 6-12 months purchase an apartment building with at least 16-20 units.

- Land Development and construction for a beautiful Housing Communities.

- Have a major portfolio of Apartment Buildings and Complexes that will net a minimum of $750,000 annually.

Currently Seeking

I am currently seeking opportunities to buy the right investments at the right price to add to my portfolio as well as the opportunity to assist Buyers and Sellers in my area with their Real Estate transactions.

Also looking to break into Land Development to build housing communities so any education and/or advice would be greatly appreciated.
