We are currently looking for multi-family income producing properties. We would prefer 100-units+ and 75%+ occupancy. Cap rates on these properties needs to be at least 10%.

We are open to partnership and joint venture agreements.

We have funding sources already in place with very high capacities.

Our group controls a hedge fund that is specific to the Forex market and high-level bank debt trading and we are currently looking to branch out into the real estate arena.
