Experience

I have some knowledge of real estate business but only as part time investor. Started in 1996 buying small rental properties in Chicago land area. After holding it for couple of years sold it at some profit and bought some more.
Because of some unavoidable personal circumstances ( nothing to do with business), I sold each and every property in US in 2002 and finally bought two vacation rental properties in Rio in 2005 and since them managing it as absentee owner

Real Estate Goals

Buying some rental income properties in US for long term hold and hopefully retire at some exotic place in few years after paying the loans off and live on the income generated by the properties and 401K.
