I recently became a full time real estate investor in Dekalb, Illinois. My business focuses primarily on purchasing and remodeling single-family homes, then re-selling them for a profit.

My experience is primarily in Architecture and Construction. I have worked in the Architecture industry for 3 years and in residential construction for 5 years prior to that.

Real Estate Goals

My immediate goal is to continue to buy foreclosed properties and flip them in order to generate enough capital to begin buying long-term rental properties.

My long-term goal is to build a portfolio of vacation rental properties and begin to offer low risk, long-term investments with solid returns to individuals who are looking for a safe alternative to the stock market.
