Fulltime real estate investor for many years doing pretty much every aspect of investing. Currently I'm a rehabber and I produce real estate related educational products, www.MHVProperties.com. Will Barnard and I created Nationwide Property Investments and worked together for years investing nationwide, however we both run our own businesses now and only work together on specific projects. Always an entreprenuer I also own a number of companies including Silver Dove Productions LLC, a production company www.SilverDoveProductions.com, Protect Yourself LLC helping people protect themselves against fraud and ID Theft, www.2ProtectYourself.com, and most of my life made a living as a fulltime entertainer. Experience

Started with one of those late night informercial programs. Learned the material and purchased my first investment with none of my own money and at closing made $700 cash. Then years later sold that property for a $200,000 profit. A great way to start investing. From there I built spec homes in California & Arkansas, and duplexes in Texas. With continued education over the years, I ventured into every aspect of investing: buy and hold, fix and flip, land development, short sales, you name it. I also co-hosted a radio show "Creating Wealth Through Real Estate" with Will Barnard. Although I'm still a fulltime investor, I now also help other become real estate investors through education and investment opportunities. Currently a rehabber, I produce real estate related educational DVD's, and speak regularly at real estate investment clubs.
