I lost my "Good Job" due to the economy. I'm a new investor with a lot to learn.

Bought my first rental in October of 08. Started studying wholesaling completed first wholesale deal april of 09. I have replaced my 9 to 5 with wholesaling and hope to replace that with rentals over the next 5 years
