Purchased and managed rental properties in Baltimore, MD from 1997 to 2001. Started wholesaling in 2003. Obtained my NJ real estate license in 2004 and worked primarily with investors. Obtained my NY real estate license in 2005; worked in Manhattan in 2007 to 2008 working with renters locating residential rentals.
