Hello everyone, I'm very new to the world of real estate and signed up here to learn as much as I can before investing. I like to be educated and know as much as I can s before making decisions. I have two main parts to my real estate model after I acquire the requisite knowledge.

stage 1- I will intially build up a sufficient cash reserve through smaller short term transactions and then move on to part two which is...

stage 2-acquire long term profitable properties that will appreciate in value and give me tax benefits.

Re appreciation along with the tax benefits will be the main path I follow.

I'm looking to work with and gain knowledge from successful investors in the NYC area.

Real Estate Experience

Very little. I come from a family that has extensive real estate experience, but I'm very new to this. I did work for a brokerage firm for a short time though.

long term term investments,both commericial and residential.

Currently Seeking

mentors mainly, and in the near future,lenders and investors to work with as a team.
