I am recently retired so I can dedicate a lot of time to my new hobby/job. I would love to network with people who are interested in sharing failures/success stories etc. My friends and family don't show any interest in my new endeavors so I don't bore them with my achievements but I would love to share my experiences with people who have the same interests in investing in r.e. i am in the joliet, illinois area

Buy and Hold and Buy and Flip, I've been a landlord since 1979. On and off. I got back into the r.e. market recently because the deals are so awsome.
