I've been in RE since 2006 working in the loan side. Once the refi market began to dry up i tried my hand at the BULK REO arena. That was a nightmare. I got frustrated and decided tha hell with RE. WELL !!! I'm back, a little more humble and very eager to learn. I still have some good resources to share but i am VERY cautious and Like to be clear before i move now. I am honest, but if it smells like BS...... i will be straight forward and tell you.
I did loans for a few years and was somewhat successful. When the refi market went away i went into the bulk reo arena. had very little success but i established some great contacts. i am licensed here in California -Keller Williams Santa Monica. I currently work with several investors, providing them bird dog services.....Finding REO's, Probates and such
I want to learn how to flip/hold, wholesale, and purchase multi-unit buildings. Very interested learning the process of raising capitol to fund my future projects
Bird dogs that have viable deals . willing to negotiate a finder fee. I NEED DEALS !!!
