Ive been researching RE investing for a few months and decided its time to just Do It.I want to focus on wholesaling for now and eventually move up to buying my own properties with cash.Im looking forward to financial freedom and the ability to help others.Im open to any advice and encouragement from those who are already succesful investors.

Real Estate Goals
I allowed fear to keep me from moving forward for over a yr. Finally I've decided that i really just have to get out there and do it.I now have my first house under contract.I want to make money while still learning by wholesaling.I would also like to find a home of my own to rehab and make my dream home. My ultimate goal is to own several properties and use gov't programs that meet the needs of those most often neglected -section 8, special needs/ disabled, homeless.
