I have note buyers for VA, MD, DC, CA. Performing and Non commercial. Also, I need builder inventory condos, townhomes etc in So Cal.

like the really bad properties that can be fixed to rent. I have buyers in London that will take these type of properties as long as they are rented. Can you send me a list of what you have. I normally buy them, fix them, rent them and sell to those investors. art
