Two home remodels, one on father's home, and one on my own which I currently rent. Additional work on friendly homes.

Also have experience in 3D modeling, using Google Sketchup to show renovation options.


Real Estate Goals

Buy and rehab houses to build enough income to then outright buy a few rentals. Essentially convert one-time funds into ongoing cash, without incurring debt.
