I am a full time Real Estate Broker and investor. I have hit the investing scene running and love it. Myself and my two partners have completed about 20 rehabs in the last 2 years. We are looking to do even more. Looking to meet other investors and get ideas on how to find REO properties before they hit the market or finding motivated sellers before they hit the market. Would love to network with others looking to do the same. I mainly focus on the Southside of Indianapolis, but would go anywhere within the Indianapolis general area.
