Bought 1st property on 02.22.2005. - Long term hold property.
Bought 2nd property on 03.22.2007. Complete Rehab & LT Hold
Started Partnership in 08.2007 & sold my share for profit.
Currently in a Sandwich Lease optioned in 10.2007. - Short term hold
