I am a certified residential Real Estate Appraiser is southern NJ. Prior to that I was in residential constrution for many years. I'm looking to invest in realestate. I have in invested in past, years ago. It did go great. I'm looking for a Mentor or partner in NJ to work with. As I stated I'm an appraiser with excellent credit & some cash.
