Short Term Goal

- Purchase 2nd 4-plex by early next year, Jan-Mar.

Long Term Goal

- Build a portfolio of properties that allows me to have large enough passive income to leave my full time job and continue REI full time by the age of 35, and obtain my RE license.

- Ability to "retire" by 40 with enough passive income to pursue REI as a hobby and take a more active role in my children's life.
