I am Real Estate, Teacher, Trainer,speaker.I am a rare breed one of very few people left on God"s green earth who loves there job and takes pride in doin it well.I can honestly tell you my number one reason for successes is the fact i am passionate about what i do and the people i help.I keep it real.I think its a sad thing so many people is this world are very unhappy in there careers and spend most of there time stressing out. I think Tony Robbins said it best when he mentioned during one of his presentations the number 1 reason for Heart attacks in this country being work related stress.

My personl mission is convert as many people as i can in my life time to becoming financialy independent.I believe the world is abundant and everyone can be finacialy independent.I have been in finance and Real estate for 12 years.I have worked for some of the biggest fiancial institutions on the planet.I have done hundereds of Real estate deals and made alot of money. I can look you dead in the eyes and tell you everything i know came from coaching and learning from others who are successful.I was once told from a very old and very successful Real Estate Guru that your only as good as your last deal !

How quick could you rebuild your Real Estate buisness if you crashed and burned tomorrow?The abilty to rebuild your business quick from scratch during any market conditions is what really seperates a Guru from a reagular Investor.The times the market is good everyone is a Real Estate investor but what about when the market is not good or your business fails for one reason or another can you pick yourself back up and rebuild right back to where you were?If so you will never be a failure because all your set backs are just set up"s for comeback!!!!!!!!!
