In my own words...

I'm new to investing, reading and taking a lot of courses. I'm currently looking for some quick turn-around commercial. I have a partner and we are looking for deals that are between $2 Million and $20 Million with a turn around of a year and a profit of double the investment with at least a $2 Million profit.

Anyone wanting to share experiences, or some leads on some good commercial deals. I would really appreciate it.
