R and R stands for Ray and Ryan. We're starting off together learning from scratch and very excited about it. We both have full time day jobs (air traffic controllers) and are doing the investing on the side. Our main focus right now is to Wholesale and build capital in which we can invest into Multiunit or commercial deals down the road. Currently using Donna Bauer's Short Sale program.

Real Estate Goals

To build capital through the method of wholesaling in order to invest in larger projects such as multi-family, commercial, and/or luxary rehabs.
