I invest throughout in SFR and small multi-units. I have put up a small website for those interested in investing out of state too which shows some of the things I've learned since I started including how to find a good location to invest in (why cheaper isn't always better), how to choose a good management company, etc. If you're interested in investing out of state, please join the group Out of State Investors here on Bigger Pockets. The more we can help each other and learn, the better for all of us. :-)
