In my own words...

My vocation is an admissions representative for a college. I love to play sports such as football, baseball, and basketball (interested in learning golf). I was in the Marine Corps for 8 years until I met my lovely wife. Really interested in engaging in Real Estate for investment purposes and I am looking to learn as much as I can from everyone. I am a novice at this and I'm looking forward to your knowledge about Real Estate. I am interested in learning different ways on how to receive financing for real estate investing other than the traditional lending institution way (bank loans).

Real Estate Goals

I would like to own multiple properties for investing purposes. Also would like to own an apartment complex one day. I also would like to obtain land in my Real Estate journey as well. When I get developed well enough domestically in real estate I would like to own property overseas in other countries as well. So I have a lot of learning to do lol.

Currently Seeking

I am seeking bank owned homes or foreclosed homes that I can use for investing purposes. I say those two types because in my own mind that is what I will be able to afford starting out. I would like to know how to obtain financing for investment properties other than just going to the bank the traditional way.
