In my own words...

I am a Real Estate Investor and have been now for about 6 years. I like to buy properties that are in good areas for future appreciation and current cash flow.

With the current down market I find a lot of great deals but I find it hard to get financing for them at a god rate. The banks are tight with their money.

I am semi-retired from my past profession and now learning more about Real Estate Investing and how to help others move forward with investing and Networking with other professionals and Traveling and enjoying life is my new job now I suppose.

I look forward to learning more about Real Estate Investing and hope to network and meet every member on Bigger Pockets someday.

Real Estate Experience

I have over 6 years of experience in studying all I can on Real Estate Investing and taking classess and studying a lot of the popular programs and seminars over the years. I have bought and sold multiple properties in 3 states so far and want to buy many more as time goes by.

Real Estate Goals

I would like to buy about 25 good solid cash flow rental properties as fast as I can and then in a year or two when the market hopefully rebounds I would like to either do a 1031 Exchange or sell about 15 of them and get or keep 10 of the very best ones and pay them off so I own them FREE and CLEAR so I can have the income from the rents to live on and maintain the properties.

Currently Seeking

People to network with who either have something to teach me, or those who may just be getting started and want to really learn the best way to take that first step.

I am always looking for Turn-Key cash flow Rental properties in all 50 states at deep discounts.

I am also in seach of Money and Equity Partners, for those who have a lot of CASH on hand and want to invest in Real Estate but are scared and need a good partner with a proven track record for finding and buying good solid long term deals to create wealth with.
