I started investing in real estate at age 20 while living out in a small town by the name of Port Hueneme in Ventura County California. I have been involved in real estate ever since mostly as an investor. After buying several houses in my home State of Michigan, I decided to get my residential sales license. I quickly came to realize that being a real estate had become a very automated occupation due to the invent of the Internet and shortly after created a site by the name of Reozom.com as away to giving FSBO's the same opporunities as Realtors without having to pay six percent or more in commissions. So far, so good we are rapidly expanding and will be revealing some new helpful features to the site in the very near future.
