I am Private Real Estate Investor and am currently investing in the San Fernando Valley (SFV), California. Specializing in Wholesaling SFR Bank-Owned (REO), Pre-Foreclosures, Short Sales and Private Party Owner Lease/Purchase Options.

This is my business and it is this business that puts the roof over my head and food on the table. I have a large pool of investors, wholesalers, rehabbers, landlords, realtors, and private money lenders which allows me to buy and sell homes quickly and efficiently.

Win-Win Real Estate Solutions, LLC is in the business of providing investors, wholesalers, rehabbers, landlords, and owner occupants with good, solid properties at below market prices. I understand that in order to sell quickly and consummate a good business relationship, I need to leave a healthy profit in every deal for every buyer. The greed component is removed from the equation and I know I can always say “I could have gotten more for that property” when I sell. My goal is to sell quickly and make my money on volume thereby “leaving enough on the table” for my buyer and building a positive community reputation as a Private Real Estate Investor.

Also, the business is to help people and my focus is on helping them to understand and resolve their financial challenges and provide/suggest solutions to the many issues faced in today’s real estate market and to make every transaction a "Win-Win" solution for all involved.

I have lived in the SFV my entire life and my goal is to improve our valley neighborhoods by renovating distressed looking properties.

Lastly, my goal is to build strong relationships with all my Buyers, Sellers and Investors and build solid business relationships and to form many lasting ethical friendships along the way.
