I am a mother of one high fashion grown young lady. I like to meet ambitious, driven, motivated people with a dream for success. I spend my past time with my grandmother, and I am looking forward to meeting people to partner with in completing real estate deals.

I have a rental property purchased in June 2006 generating a positive monthly cashflow of $230.00.

Real Estate Goals

My goal in this industry is to start as a property locator, where I find the deals, partner with investors and split the profits. My ultimate goal as an investor is closing more than three deals per month.
