Rick is a real estate developer and investor in larger real estate projects mostly in the southeastern US. He has 17 years experience in the insurance/real estate fields. Part of his past experience includes running his own Regional Sales Office for a Fortune 500 company.
With Blount Development Group, he specializes in acquisitions and development of many types of real estate projects.
His firm usually acts as a Joint Venture Partner in real estate transactions but can be available as an outside consultant (feasibilty, land use, etc) for Florida real estate projects and acquisitions by development firms and or institutional investors wishing to enter the Florida market.
Rick also is a principal with Assets Clearing House Company, a service to financial institutions seeking to liquidate their distressed assets. We have many institutional buyer clients desiring distressed assets and we also invest for our own portfolio of properties. Rick also is the principal owner of Developers Capital Realty, LLC which is a licensed Florida real estate Brokerage specializing in commercial and larger residential projects. His real estate brokerage firm deals mostly with institutional investors and real estate developers.
Rick, as principal of his real estate investment companies, has purchased tens of millions of dollars worth of land, subdivisions and multifamily properties in Florida, TN and NC. Currently developing a high end waterfront property in Lebanon TN (see project at www.thereserveatspringcreek.com) and several Florida projects.
Distressed assets including land, lots, residential (single and multifamily) and commercial projects.
