Started in seller financing in 1975 for own communities. Established captive finance company in 1976, established outside finance company in 1978, consulted to a national lender on manufactured homes during their major growth period, In 2000, when many lenders on manufactured homes were disappearing, started a lending operation for manufactured homes that covered 5 states. In 2006, established a consultancy to assist community owners and retailers engaged in seller financing to be legal, compliant, profitable and sustainable.
