I have been investing in realestate now for over 15 years. It's kinda funny how I got my start in realestate and that was by way of watching late night infomercials "Dave Deldotto" and Carlton Sheets. After discovering those techniques didn't work to well in the North Jersey area, I found a money partner whom to this day is still a partner on many of my deals and a very good friend. We have bought and sold over 150 properties together and still on the hunt for lucrative opportunity. Which brings me to this site, with hopes to capture the networking opportunity and make some new contacts.
