I have been a Real Estate broker & investor in the New York area for over 30 years. I invest in small income producing properties, multiple dwellings, mixed use and new construction projects. I have bought, sold, owned and managed over 30 individual properties for my own account as well as hundreds of brokerage transactions.
At present I own several rental properties and working on building 3 three family homes.
I am interested in purchasing distress properties in the NY area primarily properties needing extensive repair, having tenant or management problems . Availability of owner financing a plus.
