I have been involved in just about every aspect of real estate over the past 15 years. Everything from the inner city war zone rehabs, up to the multi million dollar commercial property. I pride myself in understanding and structuring the most challenging real estate transactions. I am primarily a wholesaler, but have it set up as a system that creates a residual income for me without a ton of my daily involvement.

My goal in real estate is simple, to ad value to whatever transaction I am involved in and at the same time create enough of an income to create a nice lifestyle for my family.

I am currently seeking honest and hard working individuals to build relationships with. I am looking for the individual that wants to learn the business from the ground up, and has not developed any bad habits yet.

Looking to build strategic alliances throughout the nation to help others achieve their goals while working towards achieving mine.

I am also looking for properties in Northeast Ohio. Anything you may run across, I will decide if it is a deal. Of course I will cut you in if I can make some coin on it!
I am ok with properties outside of my area as long as you are willing to do the legwork in that area.
