In my own words...

I am just beginning to get the ball rolling on investing.I found this site and Im working on building my network and education. I have an excellent partner that brings allot of real estate / financing knowledge to the table. We are currently working on getting a buyer list together to start wholesaling to build up our cash fund to purchase rental or rehabs.
