I am a deal junkie at heart, there is no doubt about it. I made all my money fix and flipping homes and I still do some here or there. I have built a decent size rental port olio that I own of single family homes as wellnas medical commercial ( my latest purchase). I spend most of my time lending money to real estate investors all over the country. I am truly an asset based lender and love teaming up on deals as well.
