I have built and rehabbed homes in the past and done well with Investing. However I am not retired.
I have been a Real Estate student since the Early 80's and am available to teach and coach at no cost to you. I am in the process of putting up a website that will feature RE education and coaching at no cost.
I believe that the current foreclosure crisis offers many opportunities to the educated investor that is prepared to make the shift of paradigm that will be necessary.
