I've been doing rehab and holds for 4 years now and have 36 units. They are anywhere from 2-6 units per property. In 2009 I started doing short sales. I've completed 5 short sales, four of which were flips.

To become a full time real estate investor and eventually a part time investor without another job.

Networking with other investors especially in my area. I'm curious as to what others are doing and if we can help each other out in any way. I'm also looking for a title company or closing agent that understands same day closings and short sales.
