I have been out of the game for 2 years, focusing on work, and unfortunately I've let it consume me. I've been telling myself I need to get back into REI for months, enough with putting it off, lets do it!
Experience
Just started wholesaling a few months ago, part time. Finished my first deal a month later and now have a few more in the pipeline.
Real Estate Goals
Starting out wholesaling with a little into sub2s and short sales. Looking to focus on sub2s, short sales and lease options.
I am active duty Marine Corps which is my primary focus. I will be investing in real estate part time until I get out, not sure when that will be. After that I will be investing in real estate for the rest of my life, besides starting businesses and other investing.

Life is great in SoCal, I am really blessed to be out here!
Just getting back into it, so I have no connections and no real knowledge of the Souther California REI game. If you are out here I would love to meet up and talk, always enjoy meeting quality people involved in real estate.
