Long term goal - Make Real Estate my full time career, or should I say a full time hobby that actually pays. Long term holds/rentals as well.

Short term goals - Wholesaling and flipping...

Immediate goals - Partner up with people with the same goals so we can learn and share our knowledge with one another. There's nothing more motivating than making friends doing something you love and learning and growing towards your goals.

People to share common goals with... people to learn with... people to share knowledge with... Looking to get some mentorship as well but very interested in meeting people that are in the same boat as I and just starting out as well. I think partnering with people (or groups of people) who share your goals and can learn with you and grow with you makes things a little funner. To me, it's not all about the money, but the people you meet along the way!
