I am a Realtor/Investor with extensive experience in finding, rehabbing and flipping properties. I work with investors who don't have the resources or knowledge to find the deal or manage the project aspect of the flip. I locate the deal, manage the project, and sell the finished product. I've worked with large real estate funds locating deals, planning & executing rehabs, and selling the finished product. I also currently locate deals for non partner investors working strictly as a realtor.

Real Estate Goals

Partner with investors to flip homes, ultimately building enough capital do to my own personal projects 100%. I would eventually like that to lead to a few long term holds generating a nice positive cash flow.
