I am a real estate investor and also a loan officer. I have been in the mortgage business for 6 years and been in the real estate investing business for 5 years. I am currently focusing on wholesaling on the real estate investing end. I work hard to find the right deal for everyone involved. I am looking to network with more people who share the same thinking.

Experience

I have been in the mortgage industry for 6 years and been doing real estate investing for 5 years. I have done rehab flips in the past but am learning the wholesaling side of things. All wholesaling from burned out landlords to short sales, to probate. Looking to get as big in the wholesale game as I can.

Real Estate Goals

To have real estate investing (virtual wholesaling) be my #1 source of income so I don't have to deal with the head achs of the mortgage industry. I am moving in that direction so that by the end of 2010 that will be complete.

Currently Seeking

Looking to network with anyone and everyone. Escpically people that are looking for wholesale deals and people that are doing wholesale deals in the area that I am looking to do them in (short sales, probate, burned out landlords) to help me with this new process and of course I would make it worth their time and energy in a way of some split.
