I work in the financial area helping real estate investors find funding and capital for their investments through residential, commercial and private lending as well as self directed IRAs. I work with Security Trust Co to set up self directed IRA/LLCs for people who want alternative investments like real estate, private lending, businesses/franchises and more. I can also help business owners fund their business with their IRA or purchase another business or franchsie. I guest speak on self directed IRA/LLCs in the Mid Atlantic area. I am an investor myself with properties in my IRA and personally. I personally own property in TX, half mobile homes and half residences.

Experience

Working with Security Trust Company as a Regional Manager I learned how to set up my self directed IRA/LLC and invested with 4 of my clients, one a realtor, in a property that the realtor found in Webster City, Iowa. It has been cash flowing for the last 4 yrs and we are in the process of selling that one. I personally bought a 6 acre commercial mixed use property in Bastrop TX May 2009. I have 5 houses and 2 mobile homes with space for 3 more.

Real Estate Goals

Continue to add mobile homes to my property in TX to increase the cash flow and hold it for @ 5 yrs and sell it. I would like to get into mobile home parks as well.

Currently Seeking

Looking for 2 single wide 3/2 mobile homes, electric appliances to put on my property. I'm looking for '93-'97s with some rehabbing, paint, carpeting, doors/windows for around $6,000 - $7,500. I will do the rehabbing.
