Hi Sean, Commercial deals have been tough for us as well, we just kind of fell into this one. We have primarily built our business on multi-family but they are near impossible to buy right now because everyone is putting money into RE. The ones that have come on the market, people are paying CASH and 6% cap rate, which is crazy to me. So we are basically looking for anything that is a good deal. Fortuneately, we got some good deals several years ago and have generous cash flow and lots of equity, so we are able to pounce on good deals. Lately, it has only been on SFH. How about you, without the commercial market what have you been concentrating on?
