My husband and I buy a home below value and fix it while living in it. Than sell at a profit. We want to move up to buying investment properties to rehab and flip. We have the skills and tools. We need to learn about how to get the funds for acquiring and rehabbing.

We have been buying primary residence that we live in while fixing up for 2 years and profiting at sale, paying no capital gains on the sale.
We also have one investment property in Greene County Indiana.

Homes that are available to sale on contract (Lease option) to homeowners and hold. In the Indiana area if possible to get started. Than would consider moving to other states.
