In my own words...

I am a graphic artist and my husband is a contractor. We are just starting out in Real Estate Investing. We would like to make our future solely in this field, We both work full time. So learning is taking a little longer than desired, But, I am very excited about learning what it takes to be successful in this business. I need to meet people who are doing this and also need to be hooked up with some hard money lenders. If anyone knows of any contacts for beginners I would surely appreciate it. Also any advice is welcome,

I am very optimistic and plan on changing my life! Hope to (Will) flip approx 5 house per year. VERY EXCITED and CAN'T WAIT TO LEARN MORE!

Currently Seeking

For starters: to possibly purchase a a bigger house for myself and maybe rent my house out until the market gets better. And than continue to look for properties to fix and flip.
