My name is Shannon Wood and I have been doing loans since 1999 and recently have started doing loan modifications. I have had many great story's since I have been doing this. I would have to say that what I am doing now is more self gratifying. What a great feeling to be able to help someone save their home. I work with the Law Offices of Matthew R. Wildermuth. He has been mitigating against coporations for 20 years and there is only 1% of attorney's in the United Sates that have been admitted to the United States Supreme Court. He is part of that 1%. So I have a great attorney that knows what he is doing and is a great person with morals and ethics.

Experience

I have been a loan officer for 12 years as of 2007. I am loan officer in the state of Illinois and can do residential loans in all 50 states and can do commmercial in all 50 states.

Real Estate Goals

My goal is to help my clients and future clients better there financial lives and better the chances for retiring early as I would like to do.
